Deputy's Response to COVID-19

Statement from Ashik Ahmed, CEO at Deputy.

We want to update you with what we are doing in response to COVID-19. We, like many other companies, are currently adapting our working arrangements to slow the spread of COVID-19.

We have a team of senior leaders meeting regularly to discuss our ongoing response and ensure we have the latest information from health authorities. We stand ready to support you, our customers, during this time of uncertainty.

What we are and have been doing:

Remote Employees

Deputy has made the decision to move all employees to remote status effective Monday, 16 March 2020 to do our part to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Along with putting a hold on all air travel and in-person meetings for our employees, we are requiring that all employees work from home until further notice. This decision has been made in the interest of health and safety for our employees and customers.

We understand that this may disrupt regular work routines for some, but rest assured that every Deputy employee will have the technical, logistical, and professional resources needed to continue to provide great service for your accounts. Our goal goes beyond preserving business as usual – we are challenging our teams to be proactive and agile in building strategies to support your goals in this turbulent time.

24/7 Support

Our teams are committed to delivering high-quality and reliable service for our products. 24/7 Support teams are still available to answer any questions you may have. We endeavour to provide the same level of service you’re expecting when working with us. Visit our Support Site to reach out with any questions.
